Contract: FTC, 6-9 Months  

Contract Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours Min

Salary: £20,800 + Bonus + Staff Discount

We are looking to hire an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Maidstone initially on a FTC basis (6-9 month contract). 

Ideally you will have previous retail and face-to-face sales experience, and will display high levels of customer service, and an ability to work well within a team. As well as having previous experience of working in a management or supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver great face-to-face customer service
• Work towards, and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and monitored
• Motivate, mentor, and develop your team
• Develop branch sales
• Drive in-store business
• Deliver regular reports to area managers
• Utilise your good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, emails and electronic tills
